The DOVE Center staff and volunteers are dedicated in providing quality programs and services to women, men and children who are victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault, but we simply cannot do this work alone. Each year, DOVE Center gives more than 1000 children, adults, and families affected by violence and abuse the tools and resources they need to heal and recover. Our work is possible because of the generosity of your support, which helps us move victims from crisis to confidence.

Your financial gift will help provide safe shelter for families escaping violence, 24 hours crisis line for those seeking immediate support, a free advocate and counseling center for victims domestic and sexual violence, along with many other crucial services including community trainings, education and awareness. Honor /Memorial Gifts

Choose a great way to remember those who have made and continue to make a difference in your life … by giving a gift that will make a difference in the life of someone affected by violence and abuse.

Is there someone who has made a difference in your life? You can do something special today for them – by giving a gift in their honor or memory.

Send a gift to honor someone – your family, your spouse or partner, your friend – or to celebrate a special occasion, like a birthday. A gift could also be made in memory of someone who was special to you and made a difference in your life. When you do, you give children, adults, and families facing crisis the support and services they need to see brighter tomorrows. You can then tell the DOVE Center to send a special notification to your honoree or the family of the person you want to remember to let them know about your gift. Donation amount will not be included.

Donate gift cards

Gift cards are a great way to help because it allows us to purchase the items we need as we need them, without worrying about storage considerations. Gift Cards are also given directly to the Women and Children who are residing in the DOVE House to purchase items that we do not have in stock, IE Birthday and Christmas gift for their children, gas, prescriptions, food, and clothing. Retailers such as; Target, Kmart, WalMart, Costco, office supply stores and home repair stores are some of the most popular choices. Recreation gift cards are also desired to provide family activities while women and her children are living at the DOVE House. The most popular places are local fast food and family restaurants, Flood Street Movie Theater, Washington City, St. George and Sand Hollow recreation centers along with Dixie city pool and local family fun centers.

Reclaim the Beauty Campaign, Donate your used jewelry

Lackluster. Tattered. Broken. Like gems sitting in a box collecting dust and losing essence, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault may feel they too have lost their shine. Their beauty has become overshadowed by abuse

Our campaign goal is to help fund victim's services by collecting and selling used jewelry. Just like our hope to polish and renew the jewelry, we can help victims reclaim their beauty and feel empowered and shine once again.

The DOVE Center sells the jewelry at a variety of community events. This provides the DOVE Center with additional opportunities to share information with the community concerning our services, outreach and mission.

Donate goods and Products

Hold a drive or collect items for DOVE shelter. Click here to view our general giving wish list or check out our face book page www.facebook.com/dovecenter to see our most current needs.

Create welcome kits and house warming kits for families coming into shelter or moving into a new apartment.

The DOVE Center accepts used items, such as lightly used clothing for women and children, towels, single sheet sets. Please note; we do not have the storage capability to store clothing and other used items. When items come into the Dove Center our clients and house guest are allowed to go through them. All left over used items are taken to the Hospital Thrift, Catholic Thrift Store, or Desert Industries, all three organizations then allow our guest to shop at their store at no cost. You are welcome to take your items directly to any of these organizations and let the workers know you are donating your items to support the DOVE Center.

Food items are always needed; especially snack type foods for example: chips in single bags, cookies, crackers and frozen convenience foods. We also need fresh vegetables and fruits, bottled water, 100% juice, and single size containers of soda.

All donations can be mailed or bought to our Outreach, Advocacy, and Counseling Center. Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:00.
